Fixing missing Apple/Spotify Profile IDs

If your release shows a distribution error for a missing Apple or Spotify profile ID, here's how to fix it:

  1. Navigate to your artist roster and find the artist missing the profile ID.
  2. Add their Apple Music and/or Spotify artist ID.
  3. Save.
  4. Go to the release's distribution page.
  5. Check the error log and select the DSPs you want to update.
  6. Update the metadata for those DSPs.
  7. Confirm the update.

If you can't locate the artist in your roster, contact support with:

  1. The release UPC or catalog number
  2. The artist name
