Whitelisting a Facebook Page or Instagram Account

If your own music video content is blocked on your own Facebook or Instagram page(s), Hitskope can whitelist those page(s)/account(s) so the content is no longer blocked. Whitelisting is handled by us — you don't do it yourself. Email support@hitskope.com or message your account manager to request it.

What to send us

For each page or account you want whitelisted, include:

• The Facebook page URL and/or Instagram account handle
• Confirmation that you own and control the page/account
• A short note on which of your releases is currently being blocked, if relevant

IMPORTANT

When you ask us to whitelist one of your pages, you accept full liability and take all responsibility for ownership and/or clearance of all the rights for any content played or displayed on the whitelisted Facebook pages and/or Instagram accounts.
